Are You Compliant?

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which regulates commercial transit rules, has updated their rules regarding Hours of Service (HOS).

The changes were decided late 2011 and have a compliance date of February 27, 2012 or July 1, 2013 depending on which of the five changes are being examined (read below).
